Refund policy

The possibility of return is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only unused items that are in the same condition as you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
Other non-returnable items:
- gift cards
To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of your purchase.
In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded: (if applicable)
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts, and for which this is not our fault
- items that are not returned within a period of 14 days after delivery
- Refunds (if applicable)
- After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We'll also let you know if we've approved or declined your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Did you use a credit card? If so, please contact the issuer of your credit card. It may take a while for your refund to appear.
If that's not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund.

Discounted items (if applicable)
Refunds cannot be made for items that have been discounted.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange an item for the same item, please send an e-mail to info@thegayway.nl and send the item to Dylan Koster Weerenweg 39, 1161AG in Zwanenburg.
The shipping costs for returning the item are for your account. Shipping costs are not refundable. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long a replacement item will take to you depends on where you are located.
If you send us an item with a value of more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
