Shipping policy

A shipment is free from €85,- or higher will get you free delivery. You will usually receive your order the following day when an order is placed before 12:00 noon and if your based in The Netherlands. This generally does not apply to orders placed on Saturday or Sunday.

What is the processing time of my order?
You will receive an e-mail from us with the track & trace details of your shipment as soon as we pack the order for you or have delivered it to a shipping point. The shipment is delivered to the mail order company at the end of the afternoon.

Orders are not packed on the weekend and will not be processed until Monday.
